 Decisions, decisions... The absolute first step in traveling is deciding where to go. Now this may seem easy but in actuality, it's a little trickier than just saying I want to go to Italy. Italy is a big place with so many places to see. You need to decide what cities or destinations you want to see in the limited time you have. Now this could be as easy as "I want to wander around Rome for 5 days" or as complicated as "OK, I have 5 days to see the Vatican, Rome, Venice, Verona, and Naples". Which would be possible but I doubt you would be able to enjoy all the things those cities have to offer in the timeframe.
